U Urinary habit changes, Volume, # of dipers, frequency, color, blood
R Reward or punishment. Relative similar issue
E Eating or drinking before bedtime?
S Stress to child and parents ( How is effected the child and you? )
I Interventions/ drugs used before? (Did it help?)
S Snoring/ Stress ( any magor stress that the child is facing?

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION for Enuresis:

None becuase no child will be present during exam.


Differential Diagnosis for Enuresis:

Primary nocturnal enuresis: mono symptomatic
Secondary enuresis: a/w stress such as: life or environmental changes, major illness or abuse
UTI
Diabetes mellitus
Functional bladder disorder


Diagnostic Work up for Enuresis:


Genital Exam
Urinalysis
HbA1c
Urine culture
Renal Ultrasound.
